DESCRIPTION:
- Develop and implement human resources management strategies, HR policies, and procedures in line with the business needs to proactively impact and contribute to achievement of the company’s objectives.
- Plan, develop, and drive strategic channel expansion plans to reach out to new market segments and expand market shares.
- Manage the Channel Development Team – set, monitor, and report Channel Team’s performance indicators and goals.
- Prepare and manage channel visit plans for the team and ensure proper tracking and follow-up.
- Build relationships with partners, engendering trust, confidence, loyalty, awareness, and mutual benefits.
- Work closely with the marketing team to optimize/strengthen the overall Go-To-Market capabilities and explore B2B/B2C opportunities. Develop/brainstorm creative Go-To-Market plans and initiatives with internal departments and external partners.
- Support in the execution of Go-To-Market plans
- Provide market insights and monitor competitors in the market
- Product launch planning coordination with Marketing, Sales to ensure success in all launches.
- Lead the negotiation and implementation of the PICOS & EOE standard with assigned Chinese Customers.
- Upholding disciplined and relevant processes for Chinese customers’ business development planning (including trading terms agreements), Customer Business Review and In-store execution in assigned Chinese Customers.
- Ensure the Chinese customer database is maintained and supports the Regional Sales Team’s strategy and process ensuring these customers are served appropriately to maintain credible relationships based on trust and a sense of being a real business partner.
- Promotion (NCP) execution excellence.
- To ensure a healthy Stock level in the assigned areas.
- To ensure Forecast Accuracy input by Brand and by SKU for the assigned Customers
- And to perform the other tasks assigned
JOB
REQUIREMENT:
- Preferably a minimum of 10 years in an FMCG environment with at least 5 years of managerial experience in sales/channel marketing in an operational management role, ideally in an FMCG/beer environment. Modern Trade backgrounds are highly preferred.
- Fluency in Chinese Speaking. Reading and writing in Chinese are highly preferred.
- Integrity, Self-Discipline, Trustworthy, and reliability.
- Excellent communication skills (interpersonal/presentation/Computer)
- Strong project management skills, Solid analytical, Planning, and Organizing skills.
- Excellent business acumen and a good understanding of the market with entrepreneurial zest.
