JOBS DESCRIPTION:

•  To oversee and manage property management team and property operation.
• To coordinate with technical teams for efficient services to residents, maintenance of the common areas and running of the project facilities.
•  To coordinate with construction team and sale admin during handover procedure.
•  To ensure that operating procedures for each project run efficiently such as cleaning, security, waste collection, maintenance of common areas or services in facilities.
•  To maintain and develop good relationships with owners and service providers.
• To ensure the collection of the management fees is on time, relay the necessary information to owners, and ensure that the rules and regulations apply all times.
• To monitor and review the operations of internal staff or third parties providing services such as cleaning, security, landscaping, safety audit or repairs.
• To liaise directly with owners to handle on-site practical issues and to deal with any problem that may require approval from the upper management level and ensure good communication among communities, neighborhood, local authorities and other third parties.
• To be reasonably available on call, out of office hours, in case of an emergency incident.
• To secure property by contracting with security patrol service, installing and maintaining security devices, establishing and enforcing precautionary policies and procedures, and responding to emergencies.
• To prepare the annual budget and report on financial performance regularly.
• Other duties assigned by Project Director.

JOB REQUIREMENT: 

•  Bachelor’s degree or Master Degree in any related field
• Minimum 5 years’ work experience, property related work experiences
•  Good English communication both in verbal and written
• Good computer skill
• Able to work on weekends (If necessary)
