JOBS DESCRIPTION:

•  Conduct site supervision and inspection of MEP works including any off-site manufacturing to ensure works are constructed to required quality and accuracy; all in compliance with the specifications and in accordance with the relevant Building Authorities’ regulations and guidelines.
• Maintain proper and updated daily records of all works done, including records of tests, inspections, status of works, safety, and materials on site.
•   Verify reports and claims as well as maintain proper records of all work done
•  Ensure that the contractors maintain work cleanliness, tidiness of the site and workplace safety in compliance with Kingdom of Cambodia Labor Law, BOREY CHEA RY guidelines, recommendation for construction safety and BOREY CHEA RY’s in‑house EHS rules and responsibilities.
•   Inspect; witness all MEP final inspection work.
•  Perform other duties assigned by supervisor including supervision of MEP related works within the BOREY CHEA RY.
•  Attend site meetings
•  Calculate the construction MEP material quantity and tracking list report.
•  Quantity take-off.
• Check quantity of P.R material
• Perform risk and quantity control during construction

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor degree in MEP Engineering or equivalent.
• 1 to 3 years’ experience in construction
• Thoroughly conversant in supervision of MEP work.
• Strong knowledge of MEP works as well C&S coordination.
•  Experience in MEP Work especially in borey and condo project.
•  Software Knowledge 
• AutoCAD
• Sketch Up
• Microsoft Office.
• Good prioritization & organizational skills;
•  Good communication skills, both written and spoken; English, Khmer or other language.
• Able to communicate effectively with senior managers, staff and Customers.
• Self-motivated, proactive and a team player
• Conversant in statutory requirements for site supervision, quality control procedure, construction administration and preparation of progress reports.
