JOBS DESCRIPTION:

• Develop and implement human resources management strategies, HR policies, and procedures in line with the business needs to proactively impact and contribute to achievement of the company’s objectives.
•  To create Bill of Quantities for Cost Estimation including Structural and Architectural Works (MEP is preferable)
• Manage team of Junior Quantity Surveyors
• To involve in doing the Master Schedule of Construction, and check site progress.
•  Prepare tender and contract documents in accordance to the building and construction regulations.
•  To assist in monitoring and controlling the Construction Cost.
•  To assist in searching for qualified sub-contractors, costing negotiation, and contract preparation.
•  Work closely with contract and site management staff to support the smooth running of the office and the site, carrying out other duties as required
•  To estimate the quantity of material to be used at site
•  To fully control and monitor documentations and recordings.
• Other tasks to be assigned by manager

JOB REQUIREMENT:

•   Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years experiences in QS field.
•  Good command of reading, writing and speaking English is a plus.
•  Proficiency in Computer Skills (MS Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and others).
•   Ability to communicate and negotiate with sub-contractors.
• Demonstrate positive and flexible attitude and high commitment.
