JOBS DESCRIPTION:

• To identify the opportunity in outlets for shelf Display, Gondola End, Block Display, and Cooler display in the assigned outlets and liaise with Team Leader or KAM for the opportunity. • To execute the Merchandising and promotion execution in the assigned outlets according to PICOS & EOE standards. • Stock Management, to ensure (FIFO) in the markets according to Company standard. • To ensure all the displays are complies with the PICOS and Planogram standards. • Build long term working relationships with key account customers. • To comply with the working schedule by using the Hanuman’s Merchandiser App. • Market Intelligent • Competitors Activities Feedback and Reports • People Development • Lean to Improve Behavior

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Preferably a minimum of 1-year experience in Off Trade Channel. • Experienced and knowledge with Modern Trade and Supermarket background highly preferred. • Having Initiative behavior and the ability to work independently. • Integrity, Self-Discipline, Trustworthy, and reliability. • Assertive, self-confident, and matured with good problem-solving skills. • High communication skills, interpersonal and networking skills.
