DESCRIPTION:
STRATEGIC PURPOSE:
• To Guide the Sales Assessment Supervisor (SAS) to Carry out the In-Field Audit with the Sales Teams with objectives to uplift the Sales Capabilities.
• To compile and gather the results from SAS for the Field Audit reports by Region and by Province with the objective of closing the Sales Capabilities Gaps.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To Supervise and guides the SAS to carry out the Field Audits focus on the company’s 4 Key Enablers (Sales Tools, Winning Team, Perfect Serve, Excellent Outlet Execution) and 5 Winning’s Behaviors (Learn to Improve, Keep It Simple, Life-Saving Rules, Collaborate Through Trust, Speed & Action)
• To Guide and Lead the SAS to Track and Monitor the performance of the Sales Team against the standards (FIT, PICOS & EOE), identify the gaps, and propose the training program to meet the changes in the markets and competition’s condition.
• To gather the reports from SAS to identify the Sales Capabilities gaps, propose the action plans and work together with the RSM to close the gaps.
• To gather and analyst the reports from SAS, collaborate with Sales Development Manager to improve the In-Field Coaching program and standard. Establish & propose to Improve the measurements for perfect execution in the market.
• To ensure the Track, Rank & Publish (TRP) program is carried out in every Region.
• To Track and Monitors the efficiency and effectiveness of FIT (Focus, Implementation & Tracking) and Picture of Success (PICOS) implementation in the Region.

JOB
REQUIREMENT:
• Preferably a minimum of 5 years in an FMCG environment with at least 2
years managerial experience in Sales and Training or Coaching roles,
ideally in an FMCG/beer environment.
• Having experience in Training Consultant is highly preferred.
• Integrity, Self-Discipline, Trustworthy and reliability.
• Excellent communication skills (interpersonal/ presentation/ Computer)
• Coaching and mentoring skills.
• Good at interpersonal skills.
• Solid analytical, Planning, and Organizing skills.
• Excellent business acumen and a good understanding of the market with entrepreneurial zest.
