JOBS DESCRIPTION:

• Develop and implement human resources management strategies, HR policies, and procedures in line with the business needs to proactively impact and contribute to achievement of the - Support and troubleshot computer, printer, scanner, CCTV, Access control
• Manage and maintenance all IT equipment
• Design and deploy functional networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN) at branches
• Monitor network performance and integrity
• Resolve issues, troubleshooting cloud, and local infrastructure
• Communicate with users, vendor when needed
• Suggest improvements to network performance, capacity, and scalability
• Be able onsite support to company’s branches at provinces
• Prepare an up to date system document for training new staff to join
• Maintain complete technical documentation
• Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor or manager

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Holding a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource and have been in related HR management role at least for 4 years. 
• Bachelor's degree in Computer science, information technology
• 2 years of related experience
• Familiar with field-specific hardware & software, such as network devices, switches, router, access point, client computer administration, network monitoring, configuration management software
• Has the ability to use related network analyzers software tools
• Ability to work in a team
• Attention to details
• Good English language skills (spoken and written)
