JOBS DESCRIPTION:

  •  Support the recruitment team in managing talents through the recruitment processes, by ensuring positive candidate experience
  • Assist with job posting and interview schedules arrangement
  • Assist with screening and shortlisting candidates for particular roles
  • Provide support on organizing recruitment activities such as career fairs/seminars
  • Maintain recruitment/candidate database
  • Conduct reference check, salary negotiations, and job offers where needed
  • Issue employment contracts with accuracy and speed
  • Ensure compliance with the pre-employment screening requirements.
  • Input recruitment information and new hires in SAP system
  • Support on new employee’s on boarding arrangement 
  • Perform other tasks as required


JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration or related discipline
  • 1-2 years’ experience in HR recruitment in any industry
  • Attention to details and accuracy
  • High commitment, result oriented, a fast learner with a can-do attitude
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Good English and Khmer (both written and verbal)
  • Good computer skills
