JOBS DESCRIPTION:

• To arrange trucks for delivery based on the company’s daily sale plan.
• To follow up closely on the truck arrangement and take necessary actions to prevent late delivery.
• To work effectively with the contracted transport vendors to ensure the availability of their trucks to fulfill the company’s sale plan.
• To visually inspect all loading trucks and take necessary actions to prevent unsafe loading regarding product quality and transportation.
• To actively be involved in the maintenance of all trucks and equipment.
• To initiate, execute or participate in suitable action where necessary to improve warehouse/logistic operations.
• To assist in making, reviewing, and updating all transport reports, processes, and work instructions.
• To always work in a safe manner, following the safety rules and instructions and common sense.
• To take actions to prevent others from working in an unsafe manner.
• To do other related tasks required by superior.
• To strive for customer satisfaction on delivery service, OTIF 100%.
• To work effectively and efficiently to comply with the quality management system ISO 9001 and food safety management system ISO 22000 requirement

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Education: Can read/write both Khmer and English.
• Experiences: at least two years experience in delivery operation.
• Skills: good communication, 5S, and Health & Safety. Valid driving license and be a leader role model. Basic Computer (Ms.Word, Ms.Excel)
