JOBS DESCRIPTION:

• Provide support day to day ERP system operation
• Works with key-users to get business requirement
• Implement system based on business needs
• Generate documents: business workflow, business blueprint, User acceptance test, ERP user guide
• Perform testing system with users to control the quality and ensure the results meet business requirements Execution in project
• Establish and maintain a good relationship with all stakeholders, IT business partner

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor or master’s degree in computer science, business, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience working on ERP
• Knowledge of overall system modules and configuration experience in SAP is preferred
• Thoroughly understands on ERP system security in order to assign appropriate system access to a user at different levels
• Knowledge on ERP system integration to other 3rd party system
• Knowledge on EPR system production deployment
• Knowledge of project management (PMO)
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal capabilities and ability to work cross-functionally
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work with multiple tasks
• Creativity, Positive thinking
• Fluent in English both writing and speaking
