JOBS DESCRIPTION:

• To manage all operational transportation activities of HB owned transportation vehicles as well as the coordination of third-party transport service providers.
• To implement all required safety standards of HB related to transportation, loading/unloading, and general traffic safety.
• To ensure proper daily truck arrangements are made for delivery based on the company’s daily distribution and/or sales plan.
• To follow up closely on the truck arrangement and take necessary actions to prevent from late delivery.
• To work closely and effectively with third-party transport service providers to ensure the availability of their trucks to fulfill the company’s sale plan.
• To check daily performance and take actions to improve
• To ensure the attendance and scheduling of drivers and workers are checked on a daily basis.
• To ensure the drivers conduct a daily inspection on trucks based on a checklist
• To coordinate with Warehouse to plan the loading on time.
• To educate and check if the loading of finished goods is handled carefully during loading into the trucks.
• To go field visit to check the delivery
• To do briefing to all transportation team on safety, best practice, and transportation standards.
• To guide and motivate transportation team to improve product handling to avoid damages
• To prepare/check payment of drivers, workers, and third-party transport service providers.
• To ensure all transport payments are posted on time and correctly in SAP.
• To actively be involved in the maintenance of all trucks and equipment.
• To initiate, execute or participate in suitable action where necessary to improve logistics operations.
• To assist in making, reviewing, and updating all transportation reports, processes, and work instructions.
• To assist in training, coaching, and developing team members to meet the requirements of the company’s work standards
• To do other related tasks required by superior.
• To strive for customer satisfaction on delivery service, OTIF 100%.
• To work effectively and efficiently to comply with the quality management system ISO 9001 and food safety management system ISO 22000 requirement.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Education: Can read/write both Khmer and English.
• Experiences: at least five years experience in delivery operation.
• Skills: good communication, 5S and Health & Safety. Valid driving license and be a leader role model.
