DESCRIPTION:
- Maintain and organize partner’s schedules, meeting (agenda, minutes and logistic arrangement)
- Assist or represent partner in meetings (in office or outside office) and networking events
- Produce or prepare documents, reports, presentations, briefings, and executives summaries as assigned by partner
- Communicate and liaise with clients, authorities, public, management teams and managers of each practice group on behalf of partner and/or under supervision of partner
- Answer, screen enquiries and correspondence as assigned (respond email, letter to clients, business partners, official government, etc.)
- Answer transferred phone call on behalf of supervisor
- Arrange papers flow and translation as required, and effective internal working flow;
- To provide comprehensive secretarial and administration supports to partner, team members management on behalf of partner
- Provide supports and arrange administrative and/or managerial meetings and liaise between teams on behalf of partner
- Provide support and induction to new member to teams under partner
- Provide support for setting up process, developing, organizing and maintaining filing system, as may be specifically assigned by partner
- Promote team’s positive relationship and team building focus
- Organize, coordinate and provide support to any team building activities
- Arrange travel (visa, accommodation and other logistic supports)
- Provide assistance and support to team members on IT and office tools
- Stay up to date of the firm’s development and team’s working tools and best practices.
JOB
REQUIREMENT:
- Good analytical and critical thinking skills and use of logic to address
- At least three (3) years of relevant professional experience in personal assistant, legal secretary, executive assistant
- Previous experience of working within international company and NGO is preferable
- Very good communication (oral and written) skills in English and Khmer. Fluency in other languages will be considered as an advantage.
- Possess the following qualities:
