JOBS DESCRIPTION:

• Hunting potential candidates to fulfill vacancies from clients and internal
• Dealing with queries from candidates and client, line managers, Universities and recruiters network in professional and timely manner 
• Sourcing and Screening and arranging interviews, booking interview and sending out confirmation by SMS, Calling, Email and Other channel
• Diary management of recruiting by connecting from client to update role to recruit and inform team start to sourcing
• Asking and doing JD or JR if need
• Do referencing process. Sending reference request to previous employers, chasing return of reference and providing feedback to the clients
• Consultant and negotiate budget both client and candidate 
• Send candidates to clients and follow up in any appointment
• Handle more than 10 clients in different industries
• Opening and distribute incoming mail 
• Designing and Job posting through internal and external 
• Dealing payment pending with the clients
• Follow up the candidates who passed and failed the probation in order to back up
• Monthly planning to insure the recruitment team is doing smoothly and meet the company target
• Other tasks assigned by Line manager and MD.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Holding a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource and have been in related HR role at least for 1 years 
• Knowledge of HR Operation & Recruitment at least for 1 year
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, fluent in Khmer
• Work independently and good working relationship with team
• Good at computing skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Email and Internet).
