JOBS DESCRIPTION:

• Search new suppliers & forwarders for local and oversea products/materials purchasing.
• Negotiate with suppliers on payment terms, delivery time, and quality.
• Ensure that products are delivered in a timely manner, and that the quality of the goods received is satisfactory.
• Prepare related document for payment process and ensures required document are collected from forwarders. ie. Customs/clearance document and invoice verify...etc.
• Prepare reports and submits to ministries involvement as monthly onsite.
• Update non-conforming products/material with QA and suppliers.
• Apply for required licenses at MAFF and chemical declaration at MOME.
• Join and evaluates supplier’s performances.
• Maintain relationships and negotiate with suppliers.
• Monitor on procurement process implementation and compliance.
• Update rules & regulations requirements for import & export.
• Assign, delegate tasks to subordinates, and provides staff coaching

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree Accounting, Business Administration or Related field  
• Knowledge in procurement and logistics process
• Experiences with SAP application and accounting basic are an advantage
• Problem solving skill
• Have a good command of spoken and writing English
• Microsoft office Word, Excel, Internet and Email
• Minimum 4 years experience
• Experiences in food and beverage industry area is an advantage.
