JOBS DESCRIPTION:

• Collaborate with concerned parties to determine supply needs.
• Control inventory levels and ensures availability of material for production.
• Manage the processing and return of defective items
• Analyze inventory records and PO pending Vs work plan requires and production. 
• Update vendor/materials master record in SAP and keep tracking record.
• Monitor on consumption report (POSM, Chemical, Medicine, Scrap items...) and processing order in SAP
• Lead physical count every month end
• Control and provide justification on additional cost for P.O oversea (Freight Cost, VAT, Import Tax...)
• Maintain and update weekly materials requirement plan for production and PO issuance.
• Prepare monthly and KPIs reports.
• Assign and deligates task to subordinate. Provides staff coaching and problemsolving.
• Join/ Support  data management system setup

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor Degree of Management or Business Administration 
• Knowledge in procurement and logistic  process
• Knowledge in SAP and Accounting Basic
• Excellent in interpret of work plan
• Good communication and problem skills.
• Have a good command of spoken and writing English
• Microsoft office Word, Excel, Internet and Email
• Minimum 4 years experiences
• Experiences in food industry area is an advantage
