JOBS DESCRIPTION:

• Design and implement the overall recruitment strategy
• Work with Group Agency Distribution for implementation of Next Gen Agency's Quality Recruitment and Propel
• Work closely with Agency Operations in designing attractive compensation
• Lead the recruitment proposition and propel the recruitment growth for City Expansion
• Source effective channels of generating recruitment pool
• Prepare recruitment materials
• Develop and implement recruitment governance
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the Management
• Perform other tasks assigned by line manager

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• A Bachelor's Degree in related field
• At least 4-6 of experience in the areas of recruitment
• Knowledge of banking/life insurance industry would be an advantage
• Strong in verbal and written communication and good command of English
• Outstanding people skills and ability to work with difficult people
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Able to learn and adapt quickly in a challenging environment
