JOBS DESCRIPTION:

• From the initial stage of each new project, create a complete project plan authorised by all stakeholders that adheres to Group guidelines
• Coordinate all relevant stakeholders involved in each project to ensure awareness, alignment and proper execution of activities outlined in the project plan, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
• Execute and/or contribute to all activities from the project plan that require Product Development input
• During post-launch activity, monitor sales and collect feedback from frontline teams to identify improvements, prioritise and adjust accordingly
• Collect, classify and keep track of all the documentation and approvals for each specific project
• Analyse and document end-to-end customer journeys related to sales, servicing and claims while identifying & prioritising areas for improvement.
• Perform other tasks assigned by line manager

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Degree or a professional qualification in Marketing, Economics or Engineering
• Previous experience in Product Development/Product implementation
• 4 years of experience in a similar capacity
• Knowledge of optimising customer journeys
• Insurance product knowledge is a plus
• Ability to make sound decisions based on analysis and evaluation of data
• Interpersonal skills e.g. managing cross-functional teams
• Communication skills (diplomatic, strategic) – verbal, written (e.g. reports), presentations (developing and presenting)
• Negotiation skills – Inter-organizational, Third Parties
• Technological savviness
