JOBS DESCRIPTION:

• Lead and conduct any market research, including but not limited to customer segmentation & proposition, competitor analysis and brand tracking
• Select the appropriate research methodologies and techniques, design qualitative and quantitative research plans and define research questionnaires & moderator guidelines to meet pre-defined business objectives
• Engage and work closely with vendors to ensure the successful execution of fieldwork
• During research and upon completion, review the collated data and/or insights from research vendors to ensure quality of outcome
• Based on the information and insight obtained, provide market intelligence to different company stakeholders by consolidating and interpreting information into actionable items, reports and presentations
• Lead frequent internal feedback sessions with different profiles of distribution teams to gather internal information and insight about customers, products or market
• Perform other tasks assigned by line manager

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• A minimum of 5 to 7 years’ experience within the market-research industry
• Experience in the financial/insurance industry/sector is a plus
• Academic and practical experience with a wide array of new product, brand, advertising and customer satisfaction research methodologies
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytic skills with experience in statistical modeling and analysis
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
• Bachelors or advanced degree in marketing, business, mathematics, or sciences
