JOBS DESCRIPTION:

• Develop and implement human resources management strategies, HR policies, and procedures in line with the business needs to proactively impact and contribute to achievement of the company’s objectives.
• Participate in determining an attractive manpower strategy and manage the actual labor cost against the approved budget.  
• Ensure recruitment of quality staff in accordance with the required manpower plans.
• Develop and implement performance management policies and procedures to ensure smoothness, effectiveness, and efficiency of the bank’s operation.
• Develop and ensure the implementation of staff compensation policies to retain and attract 

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Work experience: 3 years
• Education: minimum bachelor in relevant field (agriculture)
• Skills, knowledge, and competencies: inventory management, knowledge on proper storage of perishable products, familiar with hygienic food management practices.
• Personality and values: adaptable, hard working, creative in problem solving
