JOBS DESCRIPTION:

• Make sure pepper plants are tended to and kept in best condition.
• Farm management and supervision.
• Keeping workers on task
• Ensuring the crop is properly grown, harvested, and distributed.
• Work in the fields with their crews and often have business tasks like scheduling, budgeting, and record keeping.
• reports to GM and CEO.
• Make sure pepper plants are tended to and kept in best condition. 

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Work experience: 3 years
• Education: bachelor in relevant field (agriculture)
• Skills, knowledge, and competencies: must be specialized with farming process of the pepper plant, proficient with organic farming methods (fertilizer, pest and weeds control), able to manage large groups of staff.
