JOBS DESCRIPTION:

• Oversee daily operations in the farm (both on the field and in the factory),
• Help with employing staff for basic duties on the field.
• manage other staff on the farm,
• ensure that the farm follows regulations for export.
• find solutions to day to day problems that arises,
• report to the CEO daily,
• willing to work before or after working hours when required.  

JOB REQUIREMENT:

Work experience: 5 years

• Education: minimum bachelor in relevant field (agriculture)
• Skills, knowledge, and competencies: Good management skills, good communication skills (English/Khmer), specialized in organic farming methods of pepper plant, good problem solving skills
• Personality and values: passionate about the work and the product, comfortable with teamwork
