JOBS DESCRIPTION:

• Strategizes and creates driver acquisition programs and initiatives
• Ensures smooth implementation of driver acquisition programs to hit monthly and quarterly targets
• Creates and streamlines driver acquisition process
• Ensures all channels are being monitored and converted by acquisition team to hit monthly and quarterly targets
• Monitors all driver acquisition programs to achieve business objective
• Handles driver acquisition and telesales operations and staff 

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Business Administration, Management, Sales or related field.
• 3-5 years working experience
• Very good English proficiency
• Strong analytical and decision making skills
• Excellent communications and presentation skills
• Passion and energetic
• Excel in a fast-paced environment
• Thrive in a team environment, but can work independently as well
