JOBS DESCRIPTION:

• Developing concepts and graphics for product illustrations.  
• Create and design various materials for print, digital collateral and sales materials.  
• Create and design various materials for event and outdoor activation.  
• Determining size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size. 
• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.  
• Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines.  
• Produce marketing video to promote brand and support sale performance.  
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.  
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Obtain at least 1 year of experience in graphic design and communication art. 
• Passionate in real estate sector. 
• Able to work as a team and cross-department. 
• Knowledge in graphic arts, design, communications, or related fields
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography and printing. 
• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & After Effects. More graphic design tool knowledge is a benefit. 
• Basic online research skill. 
• Excellent eye for detail. 
• Ability to think creatively, innovative, can-do-attitude, team spirit, willing to learn new things and strong adaptability
• Time management and commitment
