JOB SUMMARY:

 

The Relationship Manager, Retail Banking is responsible for executing the annual lending plan and sales strategy of all loan products and close working relationships with all staff in the branch.

JOBS DESCRIPTION:

• Develop and generate sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
• Promote the Bank’s products and services among target customers
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Follow up winning pipeline and convert into CMs.
• Work with new and existing customers to understand their businesses and determine options to support them
• Prepare LOO and other related loan documents in a timely manner
• Response with customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them
• Monitor and follow up to ensure timely repayment
• Operate in accordance with the Bank’s guidelines and policies, and in compliance with laws and regulations
• Attend the Bank’s training program and continue self-development
• Other tasks assigned by management 

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Minimum finished Bachelor Degree in Banking and Finance or related field
• Good at written and spoken English
• Have at least 3 years of experience in the loan field from bank
• Strong relationship and networking building
• Computer Literate, in particular Microsoft Office
