JOBS DESCRIPTION:

• Develop and implement human resources management strategies, HR policies, and procedures in line with the business needs to proactively impact and contribute to achievement of the company’s objectives.         
• Manage construction site and ensure that all works are done according to the construction planning.
• Checking progress on construction.
• Manage and Lead Construction team on site.
• Manage design output (follow-up of drawings and their approval by third parties)
• Manage changes, variations, claims raised by the design team
• Quality control, health and safety matters on site.
•   Resolve all problems on site
•  Review the task required and request construction materials, specification, method statement schedule or reference requirement to make sure that all priority jobs are deliver on time.
• Technical consulting, Coordination between Inspector team and Contractor.
• Follow up Master Schedule of project.
• Solving technical problems on site.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor/Master degree in construction/building management, engineering
• Budget management experience  
• 5 - 7  years’ experience in a construction environment or project-based work site.
• Good knowledge of building methods and regulations
• Able to communication in English both oral and written
• Demonstrated ability to work with and across different teams
• Honesty, Positive, Energetic, and hard-working
• Decision-making ability & problem-solving skills 
• Good communication skills
