JOBS DESCRIPTION:

• Researching, designing, implementing, and managing software programs
• Testing and evaluating new programs
• Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications
• Writing and implementing efficient code
• Determining operational practicality
• Developing quality assurance procedures
• Deploying software tools, processes, and metrics
• Maintaining and upgrading existing systems
• Training users
• Working closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Good in English both spoken and written
• Programming skills in Microsoft Technologies (.Net C#)
• Strong knowledge and understanding on OOP  
• Strong problem solving and research skills
• Be dynamic, initiative and ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge of Accounting/Financial, Billing, Payroll system is a strong advantage
• Minimum 3 year-experience in software development
