JOBS DESCRIPTION:

  • Establish Sales Network and Customer Database
  • Implement sales strategies to achieve sales objectives
  • Implement the sales force, provide guidelines and problem resolution to ensure fully equipped to motivate the dealers and customers to comply with the company policy and achieve the sales performance.
  • Conduct market survey, collect market information including market price and competitor activities for management review.
  • Implement  Sale Target set by Manager
  • Weekly and monthly report to Manager
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Other task will ask by Manager 


JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • Age 25-40, Cambodia  candidate
  • Female or male
  • An individual with positive mind set, strong leadership skills, interpersonal communication skills, out-going person.
  • Minimum 1– 2 years of corporate (Project) sales experience in home supply,  construction materials products or real estate agency
  • Strong planning ability, know how to plan efforts and resources to reach targets
  • Build strong relationship with customers relationships
  • Someone open to learn and that wants to grow in organization
  • Can reach targets and someone who is always looking for improvements
  • Good in English capabilities is a must and Chinese language skills would also be an advantage.
  • Able to travel to provinces occasionally
