JOBS DESCRIPTION:

• Develop and implement human resources management strategies, HR policies, and procedures in line with the business needs to proactively impact and contribute to achievement of the company’s objectives.
• Prepare stock count schedule for every three months
• Prepare and monitoring monthly stock movement report (Stock reconciliation) to management level
• Join to solve stock problem with area supervisor
• Keeping record of all incoming and issued items
• Counting and checking stock in any store operations based on schedule every month
• Corporate with supply chain team to issue code items new arrival products and monitor to make sure 100% are updated
• Training related staffs and monitoring product cord
• Manage inventory management
• Prepare reports on adjustments to inventories, spoiled, damaged, technical wrongdoing and 

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Holding a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource and have been in related HR management role at least for 4 years
• Age 24-35, Cambodia candidate 
• Completed Bachelor’s Degree of Accounting & Finance   
• Someone open to learn and that wants to grow in organization     
• Can reach targets and someone who is always looking for improvements
• Good in English capabilities is an advantage. 
• Able to travel to any outlets in Phnom Penh  
• Strong planning ability, know how to plan efforts and resources to reach
• Minimum 2– 3 years in trading company with stock or inventory controller
• An individual with positive mind set, strong leadership skills
