JOBS DESCRIPTION:

• To identify the opportunity in a strategic way for Space buy, Gondola End, Block Display, and Cooler Deployment in the designated Key Customers.
• To identify the business opportunity and create the partnership with the customers in conjunction with the Customer’s promotion calendar and Festive Promotion.
• Build long term working relationships with key account customers.
• Monitor customers’ performance (distribution, shipments, pricing, promotional materials)
• Ensure that agreed-upon sales volume and profit goals are achieved while aggressively controlling costs by Customer’s Account.
• Managing the Display Incentives, Credit Terms and prioritize efforts consistent with Hanuman’s goals.
• Grow and gain Market Share in Mainstream Plus and Premium categories with Customers.
• Ensure excellence in-market execution
• Driving promotions and merchandising with compliance to PICOS & EOE standards.
• Space buys, Gondola end, Block Display, and Cooler deployment.
• To ensure a healthy Stock level with each Customer.
• Market Intelligent
• Competitors Activities Feedback and Reports
• People Development
• Lean to Improve Behavior.
• Supervising and coaching the Merchandiser in the assigned outlets.
• S&OP Forecast Accuracy
• To ensure Forecast accuracy input by Brand & SKU for the assigned Customers 

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Preferably a minimum of 4 years in a FMCG environment with at least 2 years’ experience in Off Trade Channel.
• Experienced and knowledge with Modern Trade and Supermarket background highly preferred.
• Integrity, Self-Discipline, Trustworthy and reliable.
• Strategic thinking, organizing, planning, control, and execution skills.
• Analytical and numerical skills.
• Assertive, self-confident, and matured with good problem-solving skills.
• Good, presentation and computer skills.
• High communication skills, interpersonal and networking skills.
• Strong business acumen with entrepreneurial zest.
• Fluent in English and basic Mandarin are highly preferred
