JOBS DESCRIPTION:

• To Define and implement key budgets, strategies, and projects for the designated Key Customers.
• Manage, motivate, and develop the Key Account Team in Modern Trade Channel.
• Build long term working relationships with key account Customers and key distributors.
• Develop with excellent customer support processes across the Modern Trade (Supermarket, Mini Mart, Convenience Store, and Petrol Mart) customer channels.
• Monitor customers’ performance (distribution, shipments, pricing, promotional materials)
• Ensure that agreed-upon sales volume and profit goals are achieved while aggressively controlling costs within the team.
• Managing the Display Incentives, Credit Terms, and prioritize efforts consistent with Hanuman’s goals.
• Grow and gain Market Share in Mainstream Plus and Premium categories in MT customers.
• Ensure excellence in-market execution
o Driving promotions and merchandising with complies to PICOS & EOE standards.
o Space buys, Gondola end, Block Display, and Cooler deployment.
o To ensure the healthy Stock level in each outlet.
• Market Intelligent
o Competitors Activities Feedback and Reports
• People Development
o Succession planning
o In-Field Coaching
• S&OP Forecast Accuracy
o To update the promotion calendar by Customer Accounts.
• To ensure Forecast Accuracy input by Brand and by SKU for the assigned Channel

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• A minimum of 8 years in an FMCG environment with at least 4 years managerial experience in managing Preferably Sales Team and Key Account.
• Experienced and knowledge with Modern Trade and Supermarket background highly preferred.
• Integrity, Self-Discipline, Trustworthy, and reliability.
• Strategic thinking, organizing, planning, control, and execution skills.
• Analytical and numerical skills.
• Assertive, self-confident, and matured with good problem-solving skills.
• Good, presentation, and computer skills.
• High communication skills, interpersonal and networking skills.
• Strong business acumen with entrepreneurial zest.
• Fluent in English and basic Mandarin are highly preferred
