JOBS DESCRIPTION:

• Demonstrates example behaviors regarding Safety and Sustainability. Leads the Safety Pillar and responsible for supporting the site management team with respect to safety.
• Developing a preventive observation system led by managers.
• Plans and executes HAZOP’s for all identified process safety-critical equipment.
• Identifies roles and responsibilities with respect to safety.
• Guides the implementation of the Life Saving Rules program and Process Safety Compliance by applying defined PSM questionnaires.
• Ensures a proper safety inspection plan is executed
• Develops a Daily / Monthly / Yearly control system (e.g. LSR breaches, PSM barrier failures, PSM events, pressure equipment inspection plan, PSM maintenance log, etc.) by use of data analysis from Safety database or deployment
• Effectively organizes the safety department and manages the Emergency Team Coordinator, First Aid Squad Coordinator and Process Safety Specialist including recruitment, performance management, and (career) development, according to the Heineken procedures
• Develops the safety training plan for all employees, including the safety engineer, based on a competence gap analysis and ensures the implementation.
• Ensures the implementation of the Company safety standards and procedures, such as the contractor procedure, the emergency procedure, the logistics and warehousing procedure, and safety database reporting.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Experiences: 3-5 years of experience in occupational or process safety, preferably in the food and/or beverage industry.
• Skills: Safety compliance and Machine safety, explosive atmospheres, contractor management, process safety, safety training and/or emergency response.
