JOBS DESCRIPTION:

• Develop and implement human resources management strategies, HR policies, and procedures in line with the business needs to proactively impact and contribute to achievement of the company’s objectives.
• To operate a forklift for support inbound/outbound process.
• Effectively monitor flow of goods and implements first- In First- Out (FIFO) methods in the use of raw materials and dispatching of finished goods.
• Be initiative of hazardous point protection proposal to management inside the warehouse and distribution operation.
• To ensure the integrity and completeness of logistics records and manuals
• To perform daily checks on forklifts and make an immediate report to the superior.
• To do other related tasks required by superior Management.
• To work effectively and efficiently to comply with the quality management system ISO 9001 and food safety management system ISO 22000 requirement.  

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Holding a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource and have been in related HR management role at least for 4 years. 
• Education: grad 12 or can read/write English fairly. 
• Experiences: acceptable fresh graduate. 
• Skills: effective communication, 5S and Health & Safety.
