JOBS DESCRIPTION:
  • Develop, plan and implement commercial plans and strategies to drive revenue and ultimately business growth
  • Lead market research and analyze threats and opportunities to penetrate and dominate a competitive market.
  • Establish and manage the long-term relationship with stakeholders and client relations
  • Collaborate with, coordinate and train diverse teams such as marketing, sales and customer service.
  • Manage and track expenditures, financial goals, and budgets by measuring and analyzing commercial metrics using KPIs
  • Develop Commercial Systems and Processes for operational excellence.
  • Set up Commercial Business Unit which consists of Marketing, Sales, Research, Analysis, and Administration departments
  • Establish and recruit distribution networks and carry out risk assessments on all potential nationwide distributors
  • Established right pricing strategies, developed new marketing tactics to quickly capitalize on trends and orchestrated successful promotional campaigns
  • Conduct presentations and meetings with whole commercial team and nationwide distributors to ensure strategies are aligned
JOB REQUIREMENT:
  • Degree in Business or Marketing or any other relevant.
  • At least 8-year experience in commercial and client relationship management in the beverage or similar industry
  • In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis
  • Solid knowledge of performance reporting and budgeting processes
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Fluency in English. Chinese is a plus.
  • Strong commitment, patient, self-motivated and team-building capabilities
  • Excellent negotiating skills
