JOBS DESCRIPTION:

  • Support management in identifying market opportunities across different customer segments
  •  Utilize research and data to obtain customer insights and develop customer strategy in conjunction with colleagues from Product, Marketing and Sales
  • Monitor market trends and identify relevant new product opportunities for different customer segments
  • Develop and execute annual customer strategy to inform campaigns and drive new customer acquisition
  • Create effective product positioning and messaging for existing/new products in a simple yet compelling way across multiple marketing channels
  • Design and execute tactical campaigns to stay ahead of the competition
  • Secure strong alignment between Product Marketing and Sales teams
  • Work closely with Distribution Channels and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution of campaigns and product launches
  •  Devise and implement retention strategy to drive upsell or cross-sell opportunities to existing customers and increase loyalty
  •  Develop sales tools that provide key differentiations and competitive advantages of AIA products/positioning to increase sales conversion across multiple customer segments
  •  Closely engage with the Sales team to obtain feedback and identify opportunities to offer support
  •  Manage annual budget for campaigns and ensure effective ROI
  •  Develop performance tracking tools and ensure ongoing monitoring both during and after campaign roll-out/product launch against pre-determined KPIs
  • Provide timely reports and campaign reviews to management and offer recommendations to enhance effectiveness of future campaigns
  • Perform other tasks assigned by line manager

JOB REQUIREMENT:
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Product Marketing or Product Management. Experience in Sales is a plus
  • Ability to work under multiple tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to thrive and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to analyse data and gather insights to inform strategy
  • Ability to lead and engage diverse or cross-functional teams to align and deliver towards a common goal
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Track record of optimizing customer programs
