JOBS DESCRIPTIONs

• Welcoming customers when customers enter to office.
• Provide company related information and inform to PR Manager for any major problems
• Investigating problems and finding the way to fix it
• Understand and take note on the customer concern
• Answer customer phone call and make an outgoing based on request from PR Manager
• Making a call for reminding customer payment
• Fill in the request form (House Revision)
• Working on the warranty check list
• Handover (Doing a check list between customer & Orkide Villa)
• Other work assigned by PR Manage.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• University degree in communications, public hospitality or related degree
• A minimum of 2-year relevant experience in public and supervision responsibilities
• Experience working in hospitality industry an advantage
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative
• Be flexible, detailed, precise, serious and patient
• Can communicate in English (Knowing Chinese is priority)
• Ability to use MS Office, outlook, internet and other
