JOBS DESCRIPTION:

• To ensure meets its sales targets from Corporates.
• To categorize & identify Corporates based on pre-defined criteria (e.g. sector, size of the business, staff strength) & decide privileges based on the same
• To ensure empanelment of with leading corporate houses
• To liaison with the Marketing team for timely delivery of customized collaterals
• To design events/seminars & propagate offers designed for corporates
• To organize corporate-related events (multi-corporate/intra-corporate events for key individuals)
• To prepare a calendar for the year planning out important festive occasions (general & corporate-specific) & planning corporate partner events around the same
• To leverage corporate contacts for new project pre-launches/launches
• To ensure constantly improving relationship experience with Corporates

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• At Bachelor degree in business or related field.
• At least 5 years’ experiences in sales management in real estate or bank industry.
• 30- 40 years old, Female encourages to apply  
• Strong people management skills; ability to assemble and manage a team of professionals
• Being resourceful, energetic, driven, and structured
• Strong organizational, operational, and planning skills
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Able communicate in writing and speaking professionally Khmer, English, and Chinese (Strong Advantage).
• Able travelling to meet with existing and potential clients, attend industry events and trade shows, engage in speaking activities
