JOBS DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for card productions and operations (International Card Schemes like UnionPay, VISA and Mastercard)
• Manage the card dispute process and monitor case status as appropriate
• Control and monitor refund, chargeback and fraud transactions
• Manage the daily activities for the company's card operation group, including payment processing, mailings, and associated support functions.
• Design and implements card operations policies and procedures and recommends changes to increase efficiency
• Ensure that the card operations group is performed at appropriate levels and operates within budget.
• Typically report to the superiors, card networks, regulators
• Ensure security of card operation and compliance with the rules, regulations and PCI DSS
• Manage subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs
• Other ad hoc duties assigned

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor Degrees in related fields.
• Experience in working with card products or operation is preferred
• Knowledge of dispute resolution and card fraud management is preferred
• Extensive knowledge of the function and department processes is preferred
• Computer literacy
• Good command in English
• Critical thinking, communication, problem-solving
• Good coordination and interpersonal skills
