JOBS DESCRIPTION:
  • Develop and implement human resources management strategies, HR policies, and procedures in line with the business needs to proactively impact and contribute to achievement of the company’s objectives.
  • Participate in determining an attractive manpower strategy and manage the actual labor cost against the approved budget.  
  • Ensure recruitment of quality staff in accordance with the required manpower plans.
  • Develop and implement performance management policies and procedures to ensure smoothness, effectiveness, and efficiency of the bank’s operation.
  • Develop and ensure the implementation of staff compensation policies to retain and attract key skills and enhance employee commitment.
  • Develop and implement employee relations policy and guideline to be consistent with relevant labor legislation and business needs. 
  • Promote an effective working environment and represent management for all legal related matter.
  • Develop training programs needed for Coaching and developing staff.
  • Encourage continued learning and development of individuals to meet with competency required currently and in the future.
  • Be a proactive participating member of the management team and contribute to the managing of the business to positively impact the company’s strategies and objectives.

JOB REQUIREMENT:
  • Holding a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource and have been in related HR management role at least for 4 years. 
  • Excellent Knowledge of HR compliance environment and relevant Labor Laws.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, fluent in Khmer. 
  • Work independently and good working relationship with other stakeholders.
  • Experience in employee administration, HR policies, practices and procedures.
  • Experience in administering HR Management Information System.
  • Excellent computing skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Email and Internet).
  • Understanding of the banking sector is essential.
  • Analytical skills
  • Able to work with internal team, third parties and regulators.
