DESCRIPTION:
- Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth sales, trends, customers, products
- Develop sales strategies and propose activity plan to achieve sales volume and company objective
- Arrange business meeting with customers/clients face to face or over the phone
- Managing and retaining existing clients' and customers' expectations
- Develop new sales channels and act as business development to create new sales
- Build Sales Network and Customer Database to grew sales volume
- Following up new business opportunities and setting new business sales channel for new Business
- Train members of your team, arranging external training where appropriate
- Developing ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty
- Weekly and monthly report to CEO
- Other task will ask by CEO
JOB
REQUIREMENT:
- Age 30-40, Cambodian candidate
- Male or Female
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales/ Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 4-5 years in sales office furniture, bedding supply or construction materials supply is priority
- An individual with positive mind-set, strong leadership skills, interpersonal communication skills, out-going person.
- High-level communication skills
- Good in English capabilities is a must be an advantage.
- Flexible working hours
