JOBS DESCRIPTION:

• Handle a full recruitment process starting from updating job description, preparing/posting job announcement, shortlisting and interviewing and is to make sure that vacancies  will  be  filled  according  to  the  deadline  of  manpower  request/plan.  Prepare  and conduct new staff orientation
• Coordinate and facilitate training courses based on the company annual training plan and record all training information in the training record database
• Checking OT and posting OT to the payroll system, preparing OT monthly OT analysis report, administrating staff benefits (such as insurance, medical claim, education assistance, loan, etc.) and assisting HR/Admin Manager in participating and studying salary and benefit surveys from time to time
• Labor law compliance: monthly OT request, staff movement, NSSF, apprenticeship registration, employment book, work permit for foreign staff, etc
• HR  system  access  control  (MyHR,  HR4U,  ClearView,  etc.):  creating/updating  user  account, managing annual leave, reporting and assisting in any user issues
• Prepare and submit regular personnel and training reports (monthly, quarterly, bi-annually and annually)
• Other tasks may be requested by the Line Manager

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in similar role, preferable with a multinational company
• Degree in Bachelor of Human Resources Management, Management or related field;
• Good Knowledge in Cambodian Labor Law and Compliance;
• Professional proficiency in English;
• Must be good at computer skill and strong interpersonal skills
