JOBS DESCRIPTION:

•     Identify and source suppliers of goods and services
•    Negotiate terms with suppliers such as price, quality of goods, timeline, credit term, etc.
•    Liaise with supplier sand project managers/site engineers regarding specification and details of goods
•    Create purchase order sand tally these with purchase request sand orders
•    Analyze invoice sand delivery notes to ensure accuracy of goods delivered compared to purchase order
•     Update procurement checklist and follow up supplier for incomplete delivery.
• Work closely with the project steam to understand details of procurement requirements

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Holding a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource and have been in related HR management role at least for 4 years. 
•   Bachelor degree in a related field preferred
•    Proven experience working as a procurement specialist in the similar area required
•     Additional certification in the field of procurement desired
•     Strong knowledge of the industry and market conditions
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•    Impeccable negotiation and problem-solving skills
•     Exceptional interpersonal skills and rapport building
•    Flexible to work long hours as required
