JOBS DESCRIPTION:

• Develop and implement human resources management strategies, HR policies, and procedures in line with the business needs to proactively impact and contribute to achievement of the company’s objective
• Develop marketing strategies and propose activity plan to achieve sales volume target and company objective
• Implement marketing plans and strategies
• Analyze daily sales, marketing activities identify issues and opportunity, provide recommendation
• Develop new sales & marketing Channels and act as business development to create new sales – Join promotion and corporate sale with external partner in addition to exiting channel
• Manage design, marketing agencies and supplier to right quality marketing materials at affordable cost
• Introduce new initiative, creatively, lead, manage and coach sales & marketing team to deliver target
• Build good relationship with dealers, business partner, suppliers.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Completed Bachelor’s Degree of Marketing / MBA
• At least 4 year experience related to this position
• Technical Competency 
• Cooperate Competency
• Must be in good health condition can adapt to hard working
