JOBS DESCRIPTION:
  • Overseeing and implementing a variety of talent development programs with the aim of retaining and growing talents across the business.
  • Facilitate session with leadership to develop and communicate business goals and objectives
  • Engage with key stakeholders to identify and access current and future needs of soft and hard skills, leadership, and professional development
  • Develop and articulate organizational talent development priorities and roadmap to address competency gaps
  • Monitor and evaluate training programs effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically and report on them
  • Propose and manage training budget
  • Organize, implement, and administer soft skills training
  • Drive company-wide projects such as Performance Development Dialogue, Performance Management, succession planning, and other talent development initiatives
  • Develop and deliver an onboarding program including new employee orientation to ensure new employees are equipped with a positive, engaging and useful new starter experience
  • Identify external and evolving learning and development trend to keep H learning and development agenda up-to-date
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the manager to meet business requirements

JOB REQUIREMENT:
  • Good interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Relevant learning design, delivery, and facilitation
  • Proactive, open-minded, and positive attitude
  • Hands-on, implementation focused, and results-oriented work approach, ability to get things done with solution and success.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: driven, passionate, high-energy; and able to handle a fast-growing environment, with a can-do attitude and a service mind.
  • High degree of self-motivation, commitment, and ownership and at the same time able to work as a team
  • Clear at effectively conveying information, ideas, plans, and objectives; encourage and inspire through transformational behavior; openness to new experiences and ideas
  • Emotional stability: convincing, trustful, and reliable presence with a persuasive pattern of behavior Role model for company values and behavior
  • University Degree and/or Master qualification.
  • 4 years of experience operating in Learning & Development Function as an HR Manager/Leader in a professional and ideally, an international business environment.
