DESCRIPTION:
- Overseeing and implementing a variety of talent development programs with the aim of retaining and growing talents across the business.
- Facilitate session with leadership to develop and communicate business goals and objectives
- Engage with key stakeholders to identify and access current and future needs of soft and hard skills, leadership, and professional development
- Develop and articulate organizational talent development priorities and roadmap to address competency gaps
- Monitor and evaluate training programs effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically and report on them
- Propose and manage training budget
- Organize, implement, and administer soft skills training
- Drive company-wide projects such as Performance Development Dialogue, Performance Management, succession planning, and other talent development initiatives
- Develop and deliver an onboarding program including new employee orientation to ensure new employees are equipped with a positive, engaging and useful new starter experience
- Identify external and evolving learning and development trend to keep H learning and development agenda up-to-date
- Perform other tasks assigned by the manager to meet business requirements

- University Degree and/or Master qualification.
- 4 years of experience operating in Learning & Development Function as an HR Manager/Leader in a professional and ideally, an international business environment.
