JOBS DESCRIPTION:

• Handle assigned finance/accounting system tasks with clients
• Join sale meeting with prospects as required
• Join accounting system trainings and on-job support to clients
• Ensure that project implementation plans/documentations are done and updated regularly
• Responsible for maintaining client issues in TFS system and liaise with operation manager to close the issues  
• Responsible for organizing updates to training materials, documentation formats, using and monitoring progress of contracts in MS CRM System

JOB REQUIREMENT:  

• University Degree in Accounting/Finance 
• Good English both spoken and written 
• Strong computer skills, Ms. Excel and passion to learn new software accounting
• Must have positive attitude  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills  
• Knowledge in Conical Hat Accounting system, Peachtree, QuickBooks or other accounting software solutions is advantage  
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
