JOBS DESCRIPTION:

• Create a safe working environment during the shift and in one or more focus areas by ensuring that all safety procedures are followed at all times and driving safety improvement.
• Develop the brewing shift team by discipline, leadership, and coaching.
• Produce in accordance with Heineken quality, HACCP, ISO standard and reduce extract loss in one or more focus areas.
• Create a hygienic environment and ensure 5S.
• Meet the operational output plan, reduction of operational losses due to alarms and quality faults.
• Make sure that TPM procedures are carried out, participate in one or more pillars and teams
• Optimization of the workforce on shift level and in one or more focus areas.
• Reduce energy and water usage by following energy reduction routes

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Education: BSC in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Food Science or related.
• Experience: 5 years in operations, 3 years in a leadership role
• Language: English C1
