DESCRIPTION:
- Demonstrate all strategic planning and execution to build the brand awareness and consumption to consumer covered all main activities below:
- Communications
- Media Planning
- POSM/Premium Artwork and Production Quality Check
- Road Show Campaign
- Special Seasonal Promotion
- Align and implement all company communications to comply with corporate guidelines and policies
- Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning, and go-to-market strategies
- Manage departmental operating budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources, where applicable
- Implement marketing strategy to meet established sales and market shares target
- Drive brand marketing campaigns, managing brand’s profitability
- Responsible for brand communications that cover ATL national campaigns and new brand visual for through-the-line development and channel visibility
- Responsible for key relations with ATL, media, digital and PR agencies, external media partners, and key internal stakeholders within the organization
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Monitor market trends, consumer markets, and competitors’ activities/movement to identify opportunities and key issues and reactions
- Keep tracking and analyzing the marketplace and target consumer to proactively respond to convert customer demands, market trends and gain insights on the consumers
- Manage day-to-day activities associated with all marketing efforts including project management, creative development, cross-functional implementation, campaign tracking, and reporting as necessary as related to brand development and performance
- Work closely with Trade Marketing and Sales teams to drive integration and execution of plans
- Be the brand advocate through promoting and educating the internal audience on the brand initiatives, programs, values, attributes, etc.
- Monthly budget report and brand operation report tracking
- Perform other tasks as required
JOB
REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business-related field preferred
- At least 5 years related experience in marketing/brand management with FMCG or Beverages
- At least 3 years of experience in management level
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- An understanding of trends and an ability to respond to customers’ wishes
- Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas
- Ability to manage and allocate budgets
- Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
- Ability to think strategically and come up with campaigns
- Knowledge of digital marketing
- Basic Design Skill is an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
