JOBS DESCRIPTION:

• Follow Company rules, regulations, instructions and practices related to fleeting
• Daily retrieve of the daily report of all trucks and keep recording file
• Analyze the event and report to management soon of any violate/abnormal
• Report daily driver OT
• Handle daily driver allowance
• Handle daily driver expanse and truck washing receipt
• Update daily reporting (trip and destination) 
• Do collecting preparation
• Fuel consumption
• Daily fuel record
• Address transport rule/guideline to enable to the driver to ensure that the drivers are award/follow
• Keep recorded delivery documents returning
• Other tasks assigned by Line Supervisor/Manager

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• At least Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Management
• Good command of English language, both oral & writing
• Basic understanding of MS-Offices Excel proficiency
• Willing to work on extended time, holidays, variable working hours
