JOBS DESCRIPTION:

• Coordinate and assists in purchasing process. 
• Issues GR, invoice, and receipt in SAP.
• Control inventories such POSM, sparepart,....etc.
• Update inventory level to concerned parties
• Perform monthly physical count.
• Verify on materials movement  and user consumption report
• Work alignment with gross departments
• Join / Support  data management system setup

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor Degree in Management or Business Administration at least for 4 years. 
• Knowledge in business process
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge in SAP and Accounting Basic are advantage
• Have a good command of spoken and writing English
• Microsoft office Word, Excel, Internet and Email
