JOBS DESCRIPTION:

• Implement operation procedures and processes to ensure the agency force is backed by a comprehensive back-end support such as report generation and delivery, sales force’s contract management and movements, compensation/financing scheme administration & payroll, iPAD leasing & recovery process
• Maintain agency systems to ensure the agency force is backed by a reliable IT support with an effective and accessible organization of agency data
• Manage effective communication platforms with agents and leaders and within the agency department
• Manage company-level sales initiatives, generation of reports, analysis of sales initiatives, qualitative sales related matters, various business solutions, agency collaterals etc.
• Prepare sales contest/campaign collaterals and communication for proper sign-off and circulation
• Build strong partnership relationship with agents and their leaders and respond to their needs effectively and timely

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred
• At least 2-3 years of operations experience
• Knowledge of life insurance industry will be an advantage
• Proficient communications skills to effectively explain policies with Agency distribution force and internal stakeholders
• Analytical in numbers
• Good knowledge on MS Excel & Powerpoint
