JOBS DESCRIPTION:

• Monitoring the network/System/Internet to ensure its availability to all system users and guest  performing necessary maintenance to support network availability
• Monitoring the network to ensure its availability to all system users
• Providing end-user technical support and training to employees
• Planning, scheduling and performing proactive maintenance and reconfiguration of IT systems  including software upgrades.
• Installing, configuring and support the LAN, WAN, email and Internet systems.
• Derangement, Virus Scanning, Backup, Updated the list of email with all computer user, printers and photocopier machine and refill cartridge ink.
• Other tasks assigned by Head of ITact 

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 1-year experience with Network equipment installation, configuration, windows Servers, Ms-Access and SQL Server Database,
• TCP/IP networking and familiar, VPN (Server & Client), Remote camera security, (WAN & LAN)and troubleshooting
• Be able work independently and flexible
• Good working commitment toward achievement and teamwork relation.
• Be able to speak English
